UPPER
FLOOR
The
upper floor consists of an attractive living room, outdoor terra
cotta tiled balcony (which runs the entire width of the building),
ceramic-tiled bathroom with a marble vanity top, two sinks and shower/tub,
and a fully equipped oceanview kitchen. The living room, kitchen
and entry foyer hallway have dark hardwood floors.
The
living room's stylish furniture package consists of a sleeper sofa,
loveseat, over-sized chair, dark wood entertainment hutch with 42"
LCD, HDTV television and separate DVD player. The kitchen is equipped
with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave oven, and
dishwasher. Ample granite countertop space, extensive cabinetry,
an "island" countertop dining area with four cushioned
stools and an extensive supply of cutlery, tableware and cooking
utensils help make this a full service kitchen.
