Early risers can help themselves to a complimentary continental breakfast, which is served daily in the Ocean Grill from 7:00 - 10:00 am. The self-service continental breakfast consists of assorted juices, cereals, fruit yogurts, bagels, breads/toast and breakfast pastry, along with milk, coffee (regular and de-caf) and different flavors of tea.

Early morning is a great time of day to check your email and catch up on the news via the Internet or by reading a copy of the Royal Gazette (the island's "almost daily" newspaper - it doesn't print on Sundays), which is provided free of charge at the front desk.

Golfers with early morning tee times and scuba divers with early morning dives find the "sunrise coffee" set-up a great way to get something in their stomach before they head out, while others use it to "jump start" their day.
