ADVANCE
DEPOSIT POLICY:
A two night advance deposit covering the room rate for the
first and last scheduled nights of a reservation is required
to guarantee it.
CANCELLATION
POLICY:
From December through March, an advance deposit is refundable as
long as a reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled
arrival date. From April through November, the resort must receive at least 21 days
advance notice for a deposit to be refunded if a reservation should need to be cancelled
for any reason. Longer cancellation periods are often required with group reservations.
SHORTENING
OF STAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
If a scheduled stay is shortened within twenty-one days of
the arrival date, the last night's deposit is subject to forfeiture.
MINIMUM
STAY REQUIREMENTS:
A four night minimum stay is normally required in the lower
snapper suite, superior room and one-bedroom suite categories
from March through November for any reservations that include
Friday and/or Saturday nights. Deluxe rooms often require a four
night minimum stay throughout most of the year, whether Friday
or Saturday nights are involved or not. A five night minimum
stay is required in all rate categories during the U.S. Memorial
Day and Fourth of July holiday weekends.
CURRENCY
POLICY: All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and
are subject to change.
PAYMENT
POLICY:
All guest accounts must be settled prior to departure from
the resort. Cash, travelers checks, Visa, Mastercard and American
Express credit cards are accepted forms of payment. |
REQUIRED
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
In order to enter Bermuda, a passport
is required. If you are unsure of your documentation, please
