For stays taken between September 1st and April 30th:
A two night advance deposit must be prepaid in order to guarantee/confirm a room reservation.
For stays taken between May 1st and August 31st:
A two night advance deposit must be prepaid for any stays of up to nine nights, in order to guarantee/confirm a room reservation. Stays of ten nights or more require a four night advance deposit prepayment in order to guarantee/confirm a room reservation.
Cancellations of stays scheduled to take place between December 1st and March 31st require a minimum of seven days advance notice in order for advance deposits to be refunded. A minimum of twenty–one days cancellation notice must be received for stays scheduled to take place between April 1st and November 30th, in order for advance deposits to be refunded. Longer cancellation periods are often required with group reservations.SHORTENING OF STAY
If for any reason a stay should need to be shortened either within 21 days of the scheduled arrival date or after arrival at the resort, the two or four night advance deposit (depending on the length of the reservation) will be applied to any cancelled nights of the room reservation.MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS:
During the busy summer season and other busy time periods, the resort may require stays of a minimum number of nights (especially when weekend dates are involved). A five night minimum stay in all rate categories is typically required over the U.S. 4th of July holiday time period. The dinner attire in both of the resort's restaurants is "resort casual". It is recommended that gentlemen (12 years and older) wear collared shirts. T-shirts with writing/designs on them, sleeveless t-shirts and hats are not permitted. Anything goes with regards to pants, shorts, skirts, jeans and footwear (flip flops, sandals, sneakers, etc. are all acceptable).CURRENCY POLICY:
