The resort's oceanfront, air-conditioned fitness center (open from 7am - 11pm daily) offers the most breathtaking oceanviews of any fitness facility in Bermuda! Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors stretch the full width of the fitness center, showcasing unobstructed views of the resort's picturesque waterfront. The other long wall has floor-to-ceiling mirrors (ensuring that you'll be treated to oceanviews no matter where you stand).

The exercise equipment (available for registered guests to use on a complimentary basis) consists of four treadmills, two Lifecycle 9100 upright stationary bikes, one BH Fitness upright stationary bike, one BH Fitness recumbent stationary bike, one Life Fitness “Lifestep” Stair Climber, one cross trainer, one elliptical cross trainer, a multi-faceted weight station, an abdominal crunch bench, two incline benches, aerobic mats, exercise balls and numerous dumbbell weights (ranging from 5 to 55 pounds each).

The fitness center has spacious mens and ladies restrooms, complete with showers and changing facilities - which are ideal for those departing on late afternoon flights. For those who want more than a panoramic ocean view to look at, a 33” wall mounted television with over 50 cable channels, is available.
